An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced with an industry leading insurance company, due to the growth of their team. This would be a great opportunity for someone with prior Accounts Payable experience looking to take next step in their career. The Role: Preparing and running the weekly supplier payment runs for all subsidiaries Posting invoices accurately to weekly and monthly deadlines Reconciling supplier statements Timely and accurate delivery of payment cycle for suppliers Ensuring correct authorizations are obtained Sending payment runs via BACs Inspecting and resolving misallocated cost Requirements: Must have prior accounts payable experience Studying towards AAT/ACCA/CIMA Excellent communication Able to work well in a team
