An exciting opportunity has become available working as an Apprenticeship Delivery Coach (Assessor) delivering Financial Services and AAT Apprenticeships. As an Apprenticeship Delivery Coach, you're the sole pair of hands that our customers rely on to help them through the qualification process. You will be managing your own caseload of learners and you will be responsible for coaching and teaching the professional competency within the workplace whilst supporting them towards a nationally recognised qualification as well as in-work progression. You will need strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to the relevant audience, customer service focused and a self-motivator who is able to engage and influence others. Key Responsibilities To undertake training, assessments and reviews within sector specialism / occupational area(s) Provide mentoring and support to Learners, in order to achieve Seetec's training outcome targets Manage a portfolio of learners to ensure timely achievements Ensure that learners complete Maths and English with support from the Functional Skills Tutor Skills and Experience Essential: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to build and maintain strong relationships Self-motivated Target and results driven Exceptional customer service Must hold A1 Assessor award or equivalent Up-to-date CPD (min 12 months) Must have sector competency and experience across a number of Frameworks and Standards Level 2 Functional Skills ICT, English and Maths Excellent all round IT skills, (databases, MS packages) and e-portfolio system Desirable: Teaching qualification - minimum PTLLS / AET AAT, CICM or equivalent accountancy qualifications CICM Membership

This is a national role covering client sites in Manchester, Liverpool, Hull, Grimsby, Milton Keynes, Hemel Hempstead and Hertfordshire.
