Your new role
This is a permanent Purchase Ledger Clerk role that's an urgent requirement due to someone progressing internally. Your main duties will include; Checking invoices to purchase orders and deliveries, coding invoices and entering onto purchase ledger system, reconciliation of supplier accounts, Issuing UK and foreign payments via online banking system, raising Debit notes and requesting credit notes from suppliers, month end purchase ledger duties, liaising with suppliers to resolve queries, liaising with internal departments to resolve any queries.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered you must have experience working within Purchase Ledger and the ability to pick things up quickly.
