Your new role
This is a newly created role, where you will be playing a key function within the Finance and HR departments. You will have an understanding of the start to finish payroll process, with knowledge of how calculate statutory payments. You will support the Payroll Manager with all aspects of the UK payroll, liaising with employees and key stakeholders within the business.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you will need the following:
- Great interpersonal skills - Confident and love being around people
- Up to date UK payroll knowledge (HMRC process, statutory payments, tax codes and law)
- Technically astute, understand how to use payroll systems/Excel
- Good work ethic
