Main role and objectives: As an Assistant Guest Services Manager at Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel you will have a key position in helping our guests by providing inspirational service and ensure our guests receive a high quality, personalised service. You will drive the Guest Services team to exceed our guests' expectations and will bring new ideas to build memorable experiences for our guests. Your

responsibilities:
