Payroll Clerk
Sf Group are recruiting for a part time Payroll Administrator - Maternity Cover is based on Annesley business park within the HR Department, working 3 days per week (Monday to Wednesday) for a period of 12 months. Duties will include: - Processing payrolls for weekly and monthly paid employees - Producing month end reports, handling queries with both internal and external customers - Maintenance and filing of all payroll documentation Key Skills: - Previous experience of payroll operations and an understanding of SSP/SMP, plus Tax and N.I. is essential - All applicants should be accurate and numerate, detail conscious and PC literate - Knowledge of the Resourcelink HR/Payroll system, and Microsoft Access would be an advantage It goes without saying that confidentiality, diplomacy and flexibility are crucial in this role. The ability to communicate effectively within the team and at all levels of the organisation is also essential.
