A rare job opportunity for a Head of Compliance to join a fast growing specialist alternative asset manager offering funds, direct investment and tailored investment solutions, including co-investment, across a range of highly differentiated alternative investment strategies . The business has significantly grown and doubled in size in the past two years, assets under management now exceed £2.2 billion. We are looking for a commercially minded person to take ownership of the compliance function and who has the ability to work autonomously and communicate and work collaboratively with both internal and external parties. The Head of Compliance will be working alongside the Chief Legal Officer to grow the business and will be responsible for FCA compliance and reporting, AIFMD, ensuring compliance overseas regulatory requirements, keeping policies & procedures up to date and monitoring changes to legislation. The successful candidate will hold CF10/CF11 functions and will be entrepreneurial-minded individual and a team player across the business.
