Based at the firms head office this is commutable from all areas of Leicestershire, Nottingham, Derby and Warwickshire. Reporting to the Financial Controller, this Financial Accounting role is suitable for both candidates who are looking for either their first or second move from practice or for a seasoned Financial Accountant. The business is on a really interesting journey and they have some really exciting plans and changes within their business in the next 12 months that will involve the accounting department. Working as part of a team the role will cover all aspects of financial accounting, reporting and statutory returns with a large scale global business for all their trading companies. You will work closely with the auditors. Due to the size and scale of the business there is a real opportunity to carve a career within one business - opportunity's in the future may come from FP&A, Management Accounting and Commercial Finance. Culture is a big focus for this business, it's a great place to work To be considered for the role you'll be a qualified accountant in either ACCA or ACA and come from either a practice or Financial Accounting background. The salary for the role is between £45,000 to £50,000 plus a bonus and a generous pension.
