Playing a key role in the design, delivery and implementation of the strategic plan, assessing growth opportunities, customer/contract profitability and working in partnership with the heads of R & D and Operations to drive productivity and quality improvements. Key to your success will be your ability to anticipate and meet the changing needs of a growing business, working closely with the senior leadership team to identify and provide the relevant data and dashboards needed to drive business performance and profitability. The Candidate This challenging role calls for a 'hands on' Professionally qualified finance professional, with current or recent experience of high volume, fast moving, manufacturing environments (e.g. Food, Snacks or Confectionary sectors) where the focus for growth and success is measured in terms of delivering high quality products on time and to budget. You will be able to demonstrate a successful track record in business plan delivery and instigating and managing major cost reduction programmes. In addition, you will be highly analytical, commercially astute with outstanding leadership and influencing skills, underpinned by a real drive for results.
