9 months Circa £30,000 Utilities Staffordshire The Role Working closely with the Settlements Manager, you will take responsibility for running the monthly wholesale settlement reports enabling the business to operate successfully in its competitive market place. With strong analytical and data skills enabling you to understand trends and generate insight, you will validate monthly revenues and investigate any large variances to forecast. You will also check the accuracy of systems and assist with processing invoices, processing timely payments and assisting at month end. We are working in partnership with our client to recruit an individual who will become an integral part of the business helping them deliver on their strategic growth plan. The Person If you love data and analysis this role could be for you. You will be experienced in analysing & manipulating large volumes of data, using advanced Excel skills is key to the success of this role. An understanding of month end cycles and settlements would be an advantage. As an organised and methodical individual you will have an inquisitive mind, with the ability to recognise trends and delve deeper in order to understand the underlying causes.
