We are currently seeking to recruit a Head of Finance for the UK business. Reporting to the UK Finance Director you will be responsible for the management of a team of 25 and play a key role in the delivery of high quality, accurate, and timely financial and management reporting. You will also lead on all strategic financial planning activities for the UK, as well as having responsibility for the delivery of robust financial analysis to help challenge business performance and to assist in managing the growth in value of the business. This position will be instrumental in business partnering with Corporate Head Office and be the finance lead on the continuing implementation of a new SAP based system. The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with a first class academic background and a demonstrable track record of achievement to date. You will ideally have international experience, dealing with an overseas Head Office and may also have previously worked within a regulated environment. Possessing strong leadership and communications skills, you will have experience managing a Financial Control team and/or a Financial Planning and Analysis team and be keen to gain responsibility for both areas in a combined role. The successful candidate will be confident in their ability to influence and constructively challenge the business and able to work with real pace and drive.
