Senior Credit Manager Essex/Herts £50,000 Management of the Credit & Collections for EMEA region in a Shared Service Centre (SSC) Reporting to the Head of Operations. Managing a team of 12 in the UK and an offshore team Motivating and management of the team, running team meetings, ledger reviews & appraisals, performance management and recruitment Restructuring teams and integration of new businesses as required Implementation of automation solutions Reviewing and aligning processes and procedures Maintaining dashboards for key clients to monitor and measure KPI's & SLA's Review and improve full order to cash process Month aged debt & KPI reporting and analysis (internally but also for a few individual key clients) Formulating strategies to reduce aged debts Manage, negotiate and maintain relationships with third party providers eg credit insurance, credit data providers, legal and debt collection agencies Hands on in the onboarding of new clients Identify new business opportunities and ensuring growth & retention of existing contracts Involved in the preparation of proposal and tenders for new business Requirements 5 years experience in a Credit Managers position within a SSC environment Flexible on industry background but must have B2B experience with blue-chip customer experience Credit insurance experience is essential Experience of hands on managing client relationships including face to face Ability to travel within the role as needed Ability to drive change whilst keeping the team motivated and engaged If you are interested in this vacancy please contact Sarah Chandler at CWC Recruitment Ltd.
