Have you worked within an accounts environment? Do you have Sales Ledger experience? If so, then we want to hear from you Our established Bedford based client are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join their growing team. The main duties of the role include: Manage and maintain the sales ledger, raising invoices, posting receipts, resolving queries along with reconciliation of the debtor Manage and maintain client portals relating to electronic invoicing Liaise with account managers to resolve overdue invoices Manage and maintain the factoring account, dealing with allocations, queries and credit limits Manage and maintain the petty cash book General administrative duties when required The Ideal Candidate: Experience within a finance environment (credit control knowledge is desirable but not essential) A great attention to detail Excellent reconciliation skills Team player with a positive attitude Experience with Sage is desirable but not essential Please contact Watton Recruitment for more information.
