Our client is a small but growing property management company based in central London, whose mixed portfolio is growing They are looking to pay £30k The successful applicant will be self- motivated and used to working to deadlines and managing his/her own time, with good inter-personal skills, and it is vital that they are a team player. The applicant must have at least three years' service charge experience. Duties will include: Purchase Ledger Posting invoices to the system and ensuring they are paid in a timely manner Service charge Entering budgets Processing journal entries Accruals and prepayments Updating tenant charge to reflect caps increase Ensure tenants apportionments are correct Preparing and closing service charges and ensuring adherence to the RICS service charge code Charging out balancing service charge Adhoc Duties Recharging insurance If you want to know a little more, feel free to ring me on
