Summary We are looking for an Accountant to join our established and experienced team. You will assist with the day to day activities of the Finance department. You will calculate and book of all month end revenue journals, including accrued and deferred income and accrued cost of sales. Analysis of monthly performance through variance analysis, and reporting alongside supporting our Finance teams with queries relating to supplier, customers and banking operation. SOME OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Process customer billing files Management of the supplier purchase invoice Production and submission of monthly balance sheet and profit and loss Pro-actively identify process improvements and propose innovative solutions Ensure that appropriate systems and internal controls are maintained, and ensure that the company is not unknowingly exposed to any audit issues YOU WILL HAVE ACCA / CIMA / ACA finalist or above, with three years in a financial role Demonstration of being able to work to deadlines, and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks Strong excel skills WHAT WE CAN OFFER Competitive salary 25 days' holiday with an option to buy/sell 5 days.
