We are looking for a Junior Accounts Assistant to join our busy Accounts Receivable department, to join us on a full time, and permanent basis, at our Rushden Northamptonshire office. Within this role, you will gain knowledge in payment matching and bank reconciliations, whilst learning our family management system. You will help support the smooth transitions in our nursery acquisitions, whilst also gaining knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley auditing requirements. Key Responsibilities Assisting with credit control and funding Providing support to Parents, Nursery Managers, with any issues or queries Prepare customer refunds Ad hoc administration support to the team About You GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English Customer focused Strong attention to detail, organisational and communication (written and verbal) skills Good IT skills, with previous experience of Microsoft Excel Because of the nature of this job, it will be necessary for the appropriate level of criminal record disclosure to be undertaken. Therefore, it is essential in making your application you disclose whether you have any pending charges, convictions, bind-overs or cautions and, if so, for which offences. This post will be exempt from the provisions of Section 4 (2) of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
