Reference: 74940 /29D Our client is an established international real estate firm, investing across Europe and recently across the US. The team has a strong record and has grown significantly in recent years. They are looking to add further capacity to the team in London with an additional VP / Associate Director, who will work as a day-to-day deal captain, leading most execution work streams. If you have great technical skills, creative commercial judgement and the ambition to play a leadership role within a proven team, this could be the job for you. The role is open to those already working as investors in real estate private equity.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Play a lead role in analysing new dealflow, overseeing junior colleagues and identifying opportunities to explore further Supervise diligence, financing and the preparation of investment committee papers; also working with senior colleagues, directly with managers and vendors through sourcing and negotiations Active involvement in the development of portfolio assets through to exit The position will reward potential and performance with regular promotions YOUR PROFILE: You will need to demonstrate significant exposure to relevant real estate private equity deals either as an investor already, plus relevant prior experience for example within the advisory teams of top tier banks and consulting firms Proven technical skills around deal analysis, modelling and overall project management, as well as the ability to manage junior colleagues The position requires advanced interpersonal skills, knowing how to win key external relationships with targets and advisers, as well as the ability to manage upwards with highly experienced senior colleagues, and to develop juniors Top class academic pedigree The position is mainly focused on the European and US market
