Credit Controller (Part Time) - Tachbrook Park, Warwick Up to £21,500 (pro rata) per annum depending on experience Creating a better world, a better company, and a more fulfilling future... The Credit Control team at the Calor Head Office in Tachbrook Park, Warwick, are looking for a Credit Controller to join their team. You will be dealing with large, high profile commercial customers. You will be responsible for building good relationships with customers to help reduce late payments, minimise debt, and optimise cash flow into the business. Hours of work: Monday to Friday, between 1:00pm - 5:30pm (20 hours per week) Key responsibilities will include: Collection of overdue domestic and commercial accounts via telephone, written correspondence and face to face Identifying reasons for non payment, resolving queries to the customers satisfaction and negotiating a positive outcome Agreeing, arranging and administering payment in instalments Recommending delinquent accounts, legal action or write off Use of tracing agents, collection agents etc Liaising with the Engineering team As such we would like you to: Credit Control or collections experience Strong negotiating skills via the telephone Ability to communicate internally and externally at all levels Ability to work to targets Strong administrative experience Preferably experience of dealing with large, high profile commercial customers A minimum of Grade C in English and Maths at GCSE level or equivalent is required IT literate with good working knowledge of Excel High levels of attention to detail and accuracy A flexible, enthusiastic approach to teamwork and the ability to deal with an ever-changing environment Company benefits: Opportunity to work extra hours (optional) dependent on business requirements Contributory pension scheme 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays Life assurance Private medical insurance Health assessment and discounted membership at a local gym Company discounts Onsite canteen Free parking Employee Assistant Programme Long service awards Eye tests Charitable giving Discounts on selected holiday providers We look for people who are open minded, embrace new ways of working, step out of their comfort zone seek out new opportunities and look to continuously learn.
