A client of Morgan Hunt are looking to recruit a Assistant Accountant in Essex, report to the Senior Accountant you will be responsible for ensuring a customer focused accountancy service is provided. The main responsibilities of the Assistant Accountant will be: Assist in the preparation of annual revenue, capital budgets and management accounts Prepare monthly cash flow reports Monitor expenditure and salary costs against budgets Liaise with internal and external auditors The successful candidate for the Assistant Accountant will have Assisted in the preparation and delivery of financial reporting Have made payments using the BACs system Assisted in the completion of the year-end financial accounts As this post is working within the education sector it will required that the candidate have a DBS check.
