Compliance and Data Protection Coordinator
Location:
Watford (region) Package: to £30,000 Benefits Our client, a highly regarded independent brokerage are looking to add to their compliance and monitoring team to enhance their internal offering. As a business they have some exceptional growth plans and have grown consistently and profitably for 10 years and this is an ideal point to join them as they advance on their next 5 year plan. Day to Day: Manage and review existing compliance and monitoring processes Assist managers across the business with compliance related matters Assist with ISO audits as required Act as liaison with insurers during audits Ensure all compliance related updates are communicated to staff quickly and clearly to maximise compliance. Conduct risk reviews on a quarterly basis and report findings to head of compliance Consistently review TCF application and report any failings You'll need: Compliance experience gained within an Insurance or financial services environment - ideally 3 years A skill set that includes good communication (both written and verbal), stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels. An analytical mindset with the ability to manage conflicting timescales and objectives
