My client, an international logistics organisation is seeking to hire an experience candidate to join their busy team in this urgent temporary requirement. The duties will be various and will include the following:
• Daily input of purchase invoices & credit notes
• Transferal of both purchase & sales invoices automatically into the accounts package.
• Download invoices received.
• Manual input of overhead invoices.
• Respond and resolve customer/supplier queries.
• Make payments to suppliers either manually or directly from the accounts package
• Ensure all supplier statements are reconciled and entered correctly In order to be considered for this role you will need to have the following: At least one years PL experience Can manage PL from start to finish Can hit the ground running Able to deal with pressure and a voluminous workload when necessary Great attitude and willing to learn Able to provide 5 year checkable work history and pass a DBS check Be immediately available to start Reed Specialist Recruitment Limited is an employment agency and employment business
