The Practice currently has approximately 40 employees offering a full range of services for individuals and their businesses. You will join a team of 8 in their brand-new offices which offer free parking on site and free park and ride passes for those commuting in by train. As a Corporate Tax Consultant, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of OMBs, providing both compliance and advisory services. A Tax Consultant is also expected to have a direct involvement in winning new business, most of which is done through referrals. A Tax Consultant will also be expected to work well within the team, with the authority to delegate work to Tax Assistants depending on the project, as well as assisting Partners with ad-hoc advisory. The firm has great staff retention which I believe is a result of the outstanding family feel and care the Partners have for their teams. The Practice is always looking for ways to improve the working environment and are open to suggestions from every member of the team with monthly meetings to discuss the team atmosphere and any ways to.
