Global Telecommunications firm with offices based in Basingstoke is looking for a Billing Audit Team Leader to join its large and dynamic finance team. The role will report to the Director of Billing, Collections and Customer Care as part of a Collections team of 20. Summary Manages Audit team members to ensure all audits are carried out within SLA. Responsible for improving Bill accuracy through analysis of decomposition of credits and disputes working alongside Customer Care manager. Identifies opportunities from decomposition and works with key business partners to build and develop new audits upstream of invoicing. Collaboratively works with Margin Assurance and NA teams to ensure all effective audits are being utilised for EMEA Region. Responsibilities Actively seeks technical development for self and team members to enable more complex audits to be built in house where possible or with limited resource from other technical teams. Builds Power BI reporting to show audit tracking and presents data to management team on a regular basis. Monitors team productivity and highlights capacity to taken on new projects to drive audit expansion, billing accuracy or customer care. Tracks and reports all audit activity within CFS billing producing monthly stat's to track progress. Looks for opportunities to improve existing audits and expand coverage on area's not being covered. Scopes out audit requirements and works closely with Finance Intelligence and IT to enable new and improve audits as quickly as possible. Identifies training needs within the Audit Team and utilises relationship with more technical colleagues to help train and improve audit skill set within CFS. Reviews processes that impact Customer Experience and looks for ways to improve them. Experience Ability to commute to Basingstoke Strong billings experience, ideally billing audit Team Lead Experience, Proven Analytical skills. SQL Experience an advantage Quick learner, self motivator demonstrates Strong Customer First behaviours. Analytical and process-orientated mindset.
