Reed Accountancy Belfast is delighted to be working with one of Northern Ireland's most prestigious and well-known companies based in East Belfast. Our client has an urgent requirement for an experienced Credit Controller to join their accountancy function and help with debt collection on a full time temporary basis. This role will offer an immediate start and may be extended dependent on company requirements. The successful applicant will be offered circa £10- £12 per hour, dependent on experience, and will be responsible for completing the following duties:
• Contacting customers via telephone and email to retrieve monies and ensure payment terms are adhered to
• Managing overdue balances and setting up payment plans
• Setting customer limits
• Assisting with sales ledger invoice processing
• Cash allocation
• Liaising with customers and managing any queries
• Maintaining customer relationships
