Accounts Payable Administrator

Entry Level Accounts Payable Clerk - £8-£11 Hour Kings Langley- Immediate Start

Your new company

This nationally recognised construction company based in Kings Langley is famous for its unique services. Due to holiday cover, a Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk is needed for a minimum of 4-6 weeks.

Your new role

You will be needed for approximately 6 weeks to support an already established team in Purchase Ledger. Your duties will include;

• sort, code and match invoices
• enter and upload invoices into system
• flag and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice items or prices
• post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records
• set invoices up for payment
• produce monthly reports

What you'll need to succeed

We are looking for individuals who have recently graduated in Accounting and Finance degrees or who have a minimum AAT level 2. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 6 months experience in a finance department performing a similar role and 1 years' experience in a working environment such as customer service, administration or data entry.
