Interim Finance Business Analyst - Cardiff


Your new organisation
Our client is a large public sector organisation that works with the Government on issues that have a direct impact on the people of Wales. They are recruiting for a finance business analyst to help with an upcoming project.

Your new role
Working as part of a small team, you will carry out forecasting, budget controls and variance analysis on a multi-million pound project. You will also be expected to carry out some month end duties including posting journals and reconciliations whilst working to a high level of accuracy and within tight deadlines.

What you'll need to succeed
As an experienced analyst you will utilise your advanced Excel skills to analyse and submit forecasts/reports. You will be able to identify issues and make improvements to various finance procedures aiding in more efficient reporting.

You will work for an organisation that has a strong focus on staff development and diversity. You'll receive £15-£18 per hour depending on experience, working 37.5 hours a week on a 6 month interim placement.
