Global US Organisation urgently requires a Business Analyst to join the team on a temporary assignment. The Business Analyst (data cleaning) is a Global role documenting the processes and flows for the Source to Pay, data cleanse track and where necessary for other tracks. Duties of the Business Analyst (data cleaning) includes: Work with the track lead to document processes and producing a playbook to promote the data cleansing standards for Business as Usual purposes to support the global delivery of a source to pay digital transformation project part of a large-scale programme Understand system capabilities and devise/build process/playbook content accordingly Interact with various stakeholders, including, Procurement, Finance and other business areas as required Interact with other Source 2 Pay constituents, i.e. change management Support wider S2P process documentation activities where required Requirements for the Business Analyst role: Oracle knowledge Knowledge of Vendor Master Module Good understanding of Source to Pay including accounts payables and vendor master processes and flow Experience in writing process documents, flows and user training/guides Coupa knowledge, especially around the Supplier Information Module Experience in writing process documents, flows and user training/guides Very good written, documentation and communication skills Self-motivated and flexible Ms Office and Excel skills This is a dynamic, fast paced environment and would suit a candidate who is hands on.
