USGAAP Tax Reporting Consolidations/analysis of global tax reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis Working closely with the Global Tax Director overseeing global tax exposures and accruals, managing tax audits Involvement in tax planning for M&A activities Process improvements for inter-company transactions Experience with US GAAP tax reporting Ideally holding a relevant Tax qualification - CTA/ATT (not essential) Significant practical experience within a global tax function Experience with SAP (TM1 ideally) & strong user of MS Excel A service business with interests globally across a number off different disciplines within their field of expertise.
