This US based, private equity real estate investor has seen some fantastic projects delivered of the years. With the scale and scope of developments incorporating large residential developments alongside commercial offices and mixed use, the portfolio under management runs into the $bns. With an established track record, their footprint and market share continue to grow and are creating a new commercial team identifying and securing exciting new investments. To facilitate further growth this new job vacancy has come about.

Your new role
Directly supporting the senior management team, your focus will be to help grow and report on the success of the European real estate portfolio and include valuations work on new property development and investment opportunities, external investor reporting and various KPI financial modelling tasks.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a sound technical understanding from completing your ACA, ACCA or CIMA accounting qualification and have a sound knowledge of the real estate market. With the ability to influence and share knowledge a key to this position's success, your communication skills will be excellent, and you will be able to demonstrate a robust and confident character during commercial interactions. Financial modelling, investment appraisal and transactions experience will all be obvious in your background.

What you'll get in return
You'll get a salary of around £70,000 depending on your experience. You'll also be part of an organisation with a good track record, and a business that will allow autonomy and exposure to both internal senior stakeholders and clients. Based in their central London offices, it's easily accessible from around the city.
