In the 40 years since formation in 1977, they have grown a large investment portfolio that spans across all property sectors including residential, office, industrial, student accommodation, retail and leisure.They are expanding and on the look out for a Management Accountant/Finance Manager to join their in-house Finance team. Key skills/Duties Prepare monthly management accounts on a stand alone basis,and provide meaningful commentary on the figures Produce Variance analysis Budgeting and forecasting Financial analysis of new investment opportunities Qualified Management Accountant (CIMA or Similar) Proficient in Sage 50 skillful in the use of Microsoft Office,Particularly Excel.
