Interim Commercial Finance Analyst: £175 - £200 per day, Essex For a global retail company based in Essex, we're recruiting an interim Commercial Finance Analyst for up to 6 months due to a period of growth. The Interim Commercial Finance Analyst will coordinate the sales and cost analysis for all levels of the retail team and will support the Commercial Planning Accountant with projects to enhance departmental effectiveness and the profitability of the business. Main Duties: Coordinate operational payroll budgets and review payroll variances including non-UK costs Analyse expenses to look at reducing cost and optimising returns, providing meaningful commentary to SMT Coordinate KPI collation for Divisional KPI reports, including analysis and partnering with Retail Director Coordinate divisional monthly meeting pack, along with Commercial Planning Accountant Coordination of information from supplier websites and provide analysis Track individual store performance, providing meaningful commentary for the Retail Director, Head of Retail and SMT Coordinate seasonal sales planning process and produce brand strategy packs KPI reporting Support the Commercial Planning Accountant with major structure changes, department incentives and ad-hoc analysis Person Specification: First-class Excel skills - advanced level including V-Lookup and Macros Experience of MI software and ideally Business Intelligence Excellent experience of working with and manipulating large data sets Ideally, retail and commercial sales analysis experience The Pro-Recruitment Group consists of five distinct brands: Pro-Tax, Pro-Legal, Pro-Finance, Pro-HR and Pro-Marketing.
