Compliance Audit Professional / Compliance Audit Officer This role covers the EMEA Region and applicants need to be able to speak Arabic (50-70% international travel). • Specialist NPWT and chronic woundcare products Role - The Compliance Audit Professional / Compliance Audit Manager will work with our clients distribution channel throughout the EMEA region. Their key contacts within these distributors and affiliate companies will be Owners, Commercial Directors / Managers and Heads of Finance (Finance Director / Manager). The hugely analytical role will see the Compliance Audit professional ensure all aspects of compliance and regulatory issues are adhered to. This involves ensuring expense accounts, customer entertainment, Government payments, travel expenses etc are all in line with relevant legislation. In addition the appointed person will ensure adherence to -

• Contract and pricing compliance

• Transfers of value audits

• OUS expense and event monitoring projects

• Validate appropriateness of interactions with healthcare professionals

• Privacy laws

• Trade Compliance

• Anti-boycott laws Compliance Our client already has a robust work programme in place (a proven methodology for conducting the audits) and the appointed person will have an exceptional on-boarding including a period in the US and opportunity to partner with an international colleague to get hands on experience on an audit. The ability to be sympathetic to different characters within the reseller network is important but the individual needs a steely determination to thoroughly investigate and validate the compliance policies. In addition to building relationships with the distributors the appointed person will need to build rapport with our customers channel sales management team - they will be hugely useful in facilitating the audit process.... Applicant -
• The ideal candidate will have Compliance Audit experience BUT THIS IS NOT ESSENTIAL. Candidates with Internal Audit or general Public Accounting experience will be considered. THE KEY THING IS AN ANALYTICAL MIND / APPROACH AND GOOD INVESTIGATIONAL SKILLS.
• Candidates MUST speak Arabic and be prepared to travel between 50% and 70% of the time.
• Candidates will have good business acumen and be quick learners - they will be able to work well with business contacts of various levels of seniority.
• Degree educated with ACCA / CPA / CIA Accountancy or similar.
• Ethical and demonstrating strong problem solving skills.
