A&F Chambers are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join our client in Hatfield Peverel. Reporting directly into the Purchase Ledger Manager, you will be working in a high-volume purchase ledger environment managing the Purchase Ledger cycle and large quantity of invoices. Please note this is a maternity cover contract. Duties include but are not limited to: Reconciliations Posting of Credit Card Expenses Manual payments Marketing support allocations and posting Account reconciliations Chasing VAT invoices Process payment requests Posting purchase invoices Processing credit notes Person Specification: Computer Literate, with experience using Excel Great attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Self-motivated Able to work as part of a team Details: Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM Full time, 12 month maternity cover contract Salary negotiable depending on experience 24 days annual leave bank holidays Fantastic Benefits Package, including Company Sick Pay, Workplace pension & Discount vouchers
