Billing Specialist - 12 month FTC A software business based in West London has an urgent requirement for a Billing Specialist for their Billings team. This is a 12 month fixed term contract however there could be an opportunity for a permanent position. They are looking for someone with 2-3 years dedicated billing experience. SAP experience is preferable but not essential as is experience of working in a software business. Key areas of responsibility include:
• Process all billing tasks within agreed SLAs
• Ensure all contracts are billed accurately and on time
• Review and make suggestions on how to improve existing billing process
• Resolve client queries in an efficient manner
• Assist with the accurate calculation of credit amounts and raise credit requests
• Raise accurate refund paperwork to be processed by cashiers The client offers a 25 days holiday allowance excluding bank holidays, life insurance, pension, childcare vouchers and the chance to join a growing company.
