Our client delivers Grants across the UK to community and restoration projects. Based in Victoria they have an immediate need to cover the role of Purchase Ledger Supervisor for a 16 week period. The post holder will undertake all aspects of the purchase ledger operations taking primary responsibility for the accurate and timely payment of suppliers and also the line management of two Finance Assistants. Responsibilities include the payment of approximately1800 invoices per month, the creation of input journals from source documents, reconciliation of supplier statements and enforcement of procurement procedures making sure that they are correctly adopted by other departments.
