Financial Controller FinTech Start-up 60/70K Share options I'm currently working exclusively with an exciting start-up FinTech business based in the heart of Shoreditch. As Financial Controller, you'll be the number 1 in the finance function managing 2 junior reports. The key focus of the role will be to build and develop the finance function in line with the speed of growth. The business plans to scale up quickly meaning you will also be the sole point of contact for the planning of future funding.

Responsibilities:

• Set up of internal finance systems and controls
• Provide commercial and strategic support to the Managing Director
• Business metrics - Analysing and making recommendations for improvements
• Financial modelling to support MD on future investment rounds
• Financial/marketing/commercial KPI reporting and dash board preparation Profile:
• ACA qualified, degree educated, strong academic background
• Start-up experience is essential
• Strong IT skills - modelling and macros level
• Must be a driven individual who has the passion to work within an influential tech business
