Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a business analyst to join a fantastic, growing team in Warrington. Based in impressive offices, this is a great opportunity to develop the reporting nature of the firm alongside an impressive, experienced finance individual. The Role A highly acquisitive business, this role will liaise with a range of stakeholders and assist them with integrating and improving any reporting on an ad-hoc basis. You will work closely with customers, sales, operations and finance to enhance and automate reporting. This is a large project for them, to implement a leading system which can enhance both customers and internal stakeholder's experience. You will support finance by writing reporting packs and publishing this in the appropriate format. You will look to improve this reporting through the implementation of Power BI. For this reason you must have a good technical understanding of this area and a desire to enhance and develop a long standing, growing company through this new system. The main purpose of this role is to understand the pain points within the business and improve this, working with IT, customers and the wider business. You will liaise directly with a range of people to enhance their working day through KPI's, margin reports and in depth analysis. This information would make them the market leaders within their sector and give you the opportunity to develop a unique system for a FTSE listed business. The Person The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent). Strong communication skills with a proven track record influencing senior stakeholders. You will have Power BI skills with strong data analysis skills. The client is looking for a strong minded individual who isn't afraid to challenge the status quo and enhance existing processes.
