Job Description: Accounts Assistant
Salary:
£17k-£21k (dependant on experience) Job Type: Full time, permanent Working Hours: 9:00 - 5:30pm
Location:
Loughborough A vacancy has arisen within our accounts team in Loughborough, for an Accounts Assistant who will provide support to the Finance department. The Role: - Reviewing and clearing of site debtors - Vehicle profit and loss and balance sheet reconciliations - Posting of dealership GAP and warranty invoices - Production of a weekly full financial report and daily payment allocation - Any additional support required by the Dealership Accountants to assist with a smooth and efficient running of the dealerships Candidate Personal Attributes: - Established and strong purchase ledger background with the ability and desire to progress further in a varied role. - Enthusiastic and confident with a 'can-do' approach - Hardworking with a flexible approach to working life - Willing to get involved in a variety of tasks as business needs arise, with a desire to make a positive impact on the business - Desire to grasp opportunities and to progress within a company - Ability to communicate with clients, suppliers and internal staff at all levels - Desire to work in a fast paced, changing environment - Ability to work both on own initiative and as a member of a team Benefits: My client offers excellent training and development opportunities and an excellent benefits package which includes: Employee discounts, Employee Car Scheme, Employer Contributory Pension, Customer Champion Awards and Childcare Vouchers.
