£25,000-£32,000 Intelligent office experience is essential Our client are a very well established Firm of Chartered Financial Planners who now have an excellent opportunity for an experienced and talented Financial Planning Support Administrator to join their thriving Business. You will be providing research and report writing support to the Directors and Advisers, whilst assisting with complex administration matters for clients. Responsibilities Undertaking research and drafting reports to enable the Directors / Advisers to provide advice to clients in all aspects of personal and corporate financial planning Preparation of advice letters, annual suitability letters, valuations and aggregated cost tables Implementation of new business Research and review of new and existing legislation and technical/product information Assisting with complex administration matters for clients' Self Invested Personal Pensions and Small Self Administered Pension Schemes Assisting with client / general administration and general office duties when required Support to the Finance Team when required Project work when required Researching and drafting reports and assisting with production of bulletins to professional connections Assisting with and attending meetings / seminars for clients, professional connections, investment and insurance companies when required Assisting with written communications for marketing campaigns Attending regular training and competence meetings Adhering to rules governing compliance and training and competence The successful candidate will need to have previous experience within a Financial Services environment.
