Compliance Project Manager (12 month FTC), London. C£55,000. This is a great opportunity to join a growing Lloyd's broker in the City, working alongside the Compliance Officer supporting and assisting them with a variety of ongoing projects relating to SMCR (Senior Managers Certification Regime). Alongside this you will also be identifying updates and changes required to GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and IDD (Insurance Distribution Directive) policies and procedures. Liaising and working closely with various areas of the business and third parties. You will be working within the team to provide ongoing support and delivery of projects relating to the above areas. Skills required: You must have previous experience working in a similar role, preferably experience of delivering SMCR within a Lloyd's Broker or Insurer. Able to build strong relationships as working closely with the wider business and third party distributors. Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills and able to meet and work to strict deadlines.
