Senior Commercial Business Partner - Group Functions City of London £80,000 - £90,000 bonus benefits Permanent My client, a global Media and Analytics business based in the heart of the City is looking for a highly commercial Finance Business Partner who will work closely with Senior Leadership in HR, Marketing, Strategy and other corporate functions. The successful candidate will manage multiple aspects of commercial finance including reporting, budgeting, forecasting and investment appraisals. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Full responsibility of business partnership and analysis with the Department Heads
• Monitor financial performance in the group, executing insightful analysis to highlight risks and opportunities
• Ownership of all budgeting, forecasting and long range planning - owning a project to improve the budgeting process
• Work in tandem with Directors in supporting business cases - pricing, investment analysis etc
• Management and development of two highly experienced, qualified direct reports
• Act as the flag-bearer and key finance representative for the group, providing key counsel and commercial insight across the region
• Engage in project work that spans the national and international landscape for the business Candidate profile:
• Natural gravitas and commercial acumen with the ability to challenge and persuade senior leadership
• Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA) with significant experience business partnering with Corporate functions
• Strong Excel and Presentation skills
