Edward Mann are currently recruiting for a Financial Controller for a real estate investment and development company, based in the central West End Key Responsibilities Responsibility for internal the preparation of corporate accounting, VAT & tax Preparation and analysis of corporate budgets Responsibility for corporate banking and maintaining banking relationships Responsibility for the perpetration of Property SPV accounting, VAT & tax Analysis of property budgets (projected v actuals) Internal Property arrears / income reporting Responsibility for the day to day Property SPV invoicing & banking Property Debt finance administration Working with the internal investment and offshore administration teams Liaising with external debt and capital partners and offshore administrators where required Desirables Qualified accountant - ACA or ACCA or CIMA or equivalent (those who aren't qualified but with relevant experience will also be considered) Strong Real Estate experience Experience with debt funded and offshore ownership structures Experience working in a small team Strong Excel Edward Mann Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
