Key Deliverables: Tasks include but are not limited to: Investigating and responding to complaints in accordance with FCA Regulation Completion of General Insurance Product checks to ensure their suitability for our Network members Completion of Consumer Credit checks to ensure suitability for our Network members Creation and maintenance of Network training and assessments Responding to compliance queries and providing assistance to our Network members Collate management information and reporting as required Essential Requirements: A proven track record of working within a Risk, Compliance or Complaint Handling role, ideally demonstrating performance over a minimum of 1 year Good investigative and analytical skills, particularly when reviewing complex and ambiguous information Ability to be able to critically review and make judgements on the compliance of written and oral communications against defined criteria Good organizational skills and ability to proactively manage individual workload Good written, oral communication and presentation skills Desirable Skills and Experience: Experience of a working in a retail insurance environment Experience of working with/for finance providers Extensive Complaint Handling experience Supervisory or Training experience Understanding of the Motor and Travel industry sectors Understanding of the FCA requirements in particular DISP, PRIN, SYSC, ICOBS, SUP and CONC Excellent computer skills Benefits: The role is based at ITC's offices in North Bristol. Normal working hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, although some flexibility is required as per the requirements/needs of the business Free Onsite Parking Contributory Pension Scheme Holiday Purchase Private Healthcare Scheme (after qualifying period) Flexi-Time Policy Birthday Holiday (after qualifying period) 20 days annual leave per calendar year, increasing by 1 day per full year worked to a maximum of 28 days.
