Interim Group Financial Controller (12-month FTC) A luxury retail fashion company, based in Central London, have engaged Boston Hale in their search for an Interim Group Financial Controller. The Role: A broad financial accounting role with two direct reports and key focus on leading the legal entities through a smooth year end. Co-ordinate month end management account, consolidated P&L, balance sheet, cashflow and fixed asset analyses Responsible for the financial accounting function Guide the business through the year end period and oversee the statutory accounts Manage the Accounts Payable team Co-ordinate testing during system upgrades Required Skills: Qualified Accountant Retail experience (desired) Previously prepared accounts under UK GAAP Strong Financial Controller experience Exposure to both statutory accounting and commercial management reporting Strong leadership skills This is a maternity cover contract so there could be scope for extension
