Purpose of Role The overall function of this role will be to; Create and operate controls and metrics to ensure that the business is compliant to applicable regulations. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of customer registration requirements on a country by country basis. Monitor and report on changes in relevant regulation. Investigate and document Compliance Risks/Issues. Implement improvement actions to gain and maintain compliance. Support Compliance Manager. Support Fraud Investigation Manager. Responsibility Areas Perform assigned regulatory monitoring activities from Project Initiation through measuring the effectiveness of the Regulatory control environment including flagging potentially serious issues to the Compliance Manager as they emerge. Work in partnership with the Fraud Team to identify any fraudulent practices in countries. Compile and submit reports on each functional review to the Compliance Manager. Launch and monitor projects to implement improvement actions necessary to address compliance issues. Monitor and report the effectiveness of improvement actions. Operate controls and systems to ensure that the business risks arising from regulatory obligations are appropriate managed and monitored. Ensure that all policies and procedures are implemented and well documented. Research regulations by reviewing regulatory bulletins and other sources of information. Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information. Maintain Internal reports and dashboards. Knowledge, Education, Experience and Key Competencies Mandatory: Excel, Word, Numerate, Articulate Desirable: SQL, German/other languages Speaker, Mobile, Compliance, Data Protection, Process writing
