THE COMPANY: Brewster Partners are recruiting an experienced Part Qualified Management Accountant for a dynamic, fast paced service provider based in Rotherham. THE JOB: Reporting to the Financial Controller duties will include: Preparing monthly management accounts Verifying the accuracy of the accounting system keeping the ledgers accurate and up to date Producing accurate monthly P&Ls for divisions of the business according to the reporting timetable Providing informative variance analysis for month end performance driving value and identifying and contributing to cost saving opportunities. Producing balance sheet reconciliations as part of the month end process fully justifying movements in month and closing balances Producing ad hoc reports as required by the business and support the decision making process with reliable financial and operation information Supporting the budgeting process by maintaining robust budget models for divisions of the business Identifying process improvements that can deliver greater accuracy in reporting and efficiency in effort Supporting year end audit where necessary Other ad hoc duties as required THE PERSON: Previous experience is essential, preferably in a fast paced, pressurised environment You will be studying towards a professional qualification (CIMA / ACCA) You must be able to demonstrate the ability to take responsibility / ownership Good IT skills are essential The ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines is essential BENEFITS: Competitive salary study support Flexible working hours Free parking 25 days holiday stats (increasing with service) Pension Brewster Partners Recruitment Group focuses on the recruitment of talent in South Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, North Yorkshire, East Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire.
