Responsibilities:
Preparation of weekly trading / KPI reports Assisting in the management accounts preparation, so that they are completed by the end of the fifth working day following period end Ensure that balance sheet reconciliations are prepared on a monthly basis, and that all balances are correct and differences investigated Production and posting of key journals including Accruals, Prepayments, Accrued and Deferred Income. Responsibility for the accounting of utilities, including the reconciliation of the supplier account. Ownership of property prepayments and schedules Reconciliations of bank accounts Assisting in the annual budget process Requirements: Excellent knowledge of Excel Excellent communication skills - have the confidence and ability to discuss numbers with either the CEO or a restaurant manager Self Starter; someone who can "hit the ground running"
