We are a full service transportation and logistics company with freight management and contract logistics operations spanning 1,000 locations in 160 countries. It's an exciting time at CEVA and even more so within our UK, Ireland and Nordics cluster. Our teams are focussed on delivering a new level of supply chain and freight management expertise. Many of the world's best-known brands count on CEVA to serve their markets - so why wouldn't you join our team? We currently have an exciting opportunity for a talented Finance Analyst to join our Finance team based in Ashby, Leicestershire. Reporting into a Finance Manager and working closely with our outsourced provider of transactional finance activity and the operational leadership team, this pivotal role will provide high quality, value-added data to drive financial performance. Let's be clear, this role isn't just about data processing. Due to the commercial nature of the contracts you will support, you will be interacting and engaging with the operation to challenge the quality and integrity of data, producing informative reports and analysing trends and key performance indicators to highlight areas of risk and potential. Whilst exceptional analytical skills are a must, we will also require somebody who will proactively build relationships with the business and is more than comfortable influencing and challenging at all levels. You must have previous management accounting experience with advanced excel capability to include v-lookups, pivot tables and sum ifs and good working knowledge of accounting and reporting software. With a high level of attention to detail, you will be highly numerate and able to analyse and interpret complex data. Exceptional organisational ability and communication skills are also key requirements for this role. This really is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to develop their commercial business partnering capabilities. In return for your hard work and commitment, we'll give you all the reward and recognition you deserve as well as the opportunity to develop and progress. With over 50 sites in the UK we offer excellent long term career prospects as well as other perks such as pension, discount voucher scheme, childcare vouchers and many more.
