Assistant Management Accountant £25,000 - £30,000 study support Assistant Management Accountant Robert Half are currently working with a multi-national business based in North Bristol to recruit an Assistant Management Accountant into their busy, fun and vibrant team The Finance Director is renowned for taking on progressive individuals and working closely with them to develop their skills to assist with their studies - making this an incredibly sought-after opportunity for most finance juniors. The Role You will be supporting the Finance Director by managing the financial administration and accounting aspects of the business. You will be expected to work closely with the Leadership team and the line managers with your analytical skills in order to support the organisations objectives. Key Duties: Working in close partnership with Finance Director and Senior Management Assisting with end of month/year procedures Journals (including accruals and prepayments) Finalisation of reporting for 2 separate offices worldwide Assisting with annual audit Being able to identify and resolve errors and discrepancies TB reconciliation Commission calculation for sales staff Working close with Sales Managers in order to assist with their requests Performing monthly calculations to produce analysis and reports as requested by the Finance Director Your Profile Work experience as a Finance Assistant or similar role Advanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions) Excellent numeracy skills & attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively at all levels (both orally and in writing) and to build effective working relationships internally and externally Studying an accounting qualification Benefits £25,000 - £30,000 Study support package 25 days holiday bank holidays Bonus scheme Cycle to Work scheme Pension scheme Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
