We're recruiting on behalf of our Guildford based clients for an Accounts Assistant who can assist on an on-going project with our clients, who are transitioning from using Sage to Microsoft Navision. This is a temporary assignment of 1 - 2 months, with the possibility of going permanent for the right candidate. There is also potential flexibility for this to be a part time role, minimum of 4 days a week. This is a busy role where you'll support the team with implementing the new system, help trouble shoot any Navision queries internally and help maintain momentum to ensure there are minimal delays in data imputing. You'll also help look after the purchase ledger and maintain/reconcile accounts, as well as help with clearing any back log and general adhoc duties. For this role you will need to have experience of working with Navision, either from an accounts or sales administration background. You'll be confident and able to assist the team with queries as they arise, when working with Navision. You'll be happy to work autonomously and as part of a team, with outstanding communication and organisation skills.
